Good costomer service, flimsy product

The original puppet theater came broken but was replaced with no problem. Overall the quality is just not there. It is very wobbly and a screw broke. At this point, we have fixed it ourselves with a new screw and wood glue. I do not think I would buy this again, not for long-term use.
