You may see these product classifications in various locations on our website

Item Classifications

Stock items: The item is physically stored in our warehouse. Stock items ship within two (2) business days and may take up to seven (7) business days for delivery. 

Truck Items: Items with a truck in the description ship directly from the manufacturer. Delivery for truck items can take from one (1) to seven (7) weeks depending on the item.

Out of Stock items: The item is temporarily out of stock and not available for backorder. However, you may choose the option on the product page of the website to be notified by email when stock again becomes available. If you are notified that an out-of-stock item has become available, you will need to place an order for that item and the shipping policy for in-stock items will apply. 

Backordered items: The item is temporarily out of stock, but you may place a backorder for the item. The item may also display an Estimated Ship Date. Backorders generally ship within two (2) business days after the last backordered item becomes available. Please note: multiple backorders will ship together within one business day after the last backordered item becomes available. 

Shipping of the Items in Classifications above

Items that have a truck symbol in the description do not qualify for the above shipping. Instead, 15% of the merchandise total will be added to the order for shipping, regardless of the order total. 

For all shipments to destinations outside the 48 contiguous US, including APOs, additional freight charges will apply. Some items cannot be delivered to those destinations. Please call 1-800-627-2829 for more information.
