This paper is a heavier grade than what I purchased from one of the Office supply stores. Excellent for plays, painting and many other uses. Takes paint well and does not pucker up. Very pleased with the quality and the large amont for the price.

It's difficult to gauge the weight of the paper by the description and 50 lb., says "heavyweight" but really isn't any thicker than other paper purchased. Just costs more.

Great banner paper for ink or paint
#sweepstakes I used this paper to make banners for an event. I drew on it with permanent markers and painted on it with acrylic paint. The paper took both well. I recommend this paper.
