I enjoy working with Colorations Washable Tempera. It has a lovely consistency, works well on a gelli plate and is great for all the different paint techniques I've tried with it! If you want to re-wet it, just be sure to seal with a spray first...it is not permanent when re-wet...but sometimes, that has worked well for my project.
