Do not buy white gallon paint.
I buy paint regularly for our preschool and love the option to buy in bulk. However, for some reason the white gallon paint is not the same consistency as the other colors. It comes out in chunky globs and is impossible to pour. I purchased a second gallon of white paint, thinking maybe the one I purchased was just old but had the same problem with a brand new gallon. I haven't had this issue with any other color, the rest of them pour smoothly and have a good consistency.
