Super Happy with Super Magnifiers
My children have been having a great time discovering the tiny world of the great outdoors of our play yard with our new Magnifiers! They are the perfect size for little hand. They have a clear vision not that wavey, distorted image that makes you motion sick that you find in cheap plastic magnifier...s. The yellow strings help keep the childern from dropping them. The children are having a blast while learning. I love it!

New version is lower quality.
This product has been changed- the magnifiers used to be green with a daisy sticker on the handle, they are now blue with an excellerations sticker. The plastic, while a different color, seems to be the same. Unfortunately, the lens is lower quality. I loved these magnifiers because the lens had ver...y low distortion, and was able to clearly magnify objects from 5 inches away or more. The news lenses begin to distort just 2 or 3 inches away- the magnification becomes blurry and wavy. The wrist lanyard is also shorter by a few inches. I have used these magnifiers in the past with hundreds of preschoolers. I'm sorry to say I'll be hesitant to do so in the future. They are attractive and easy to hold, but I can't use them if they don't do their job.

These magnifiers work well but the quality is not that great. Actually, there was one magnifier in the set that was defective. The glass part was not attached in properly and it looks like it is going to pop out.

I have been looking for magnifying glasses for my preschool class for a long time. The biggest problem with these is that the magnifying portion is a small inset part within the rest of the glass. It does not magnify very much at all. The plastic part was great, but the glass was equal to what I could get at the dollar store.
