From the description, I expected a lot of bug photographs and x-rays. I got that, but what I didn't expect was that the photographs are double sided, showing the front and the back of the same bug, in the same pose as the x-ray image! Yes! So happy! Now my kids can examine a large variety of bugs in detail, upside down AND inside out. That being said, four year olds are not careful people, so I will probably laminate the photographs and put the x-rays in sheet protectors to avoid scratching and bending.
