great for multiple ages
I like this toy alot because it can be used in so many ways. Have the child name the animal, make the animal sound, and close the lids. The knobs to open the lid come in a variety of difficulties so it can be used with a wide range of develomental ages.

Thought it would be better
I've purchased pop-up toys from this site before and I've always loved them. However, this one feels very flimsy and the buttons/knobs are very hard to maneuver. Some of the children simply can't push down even the simplest button because they aren't strong enough. And some of the knobs you have to maneuver a few times and jiggle to get a result. Maybe with time this toy will be become easier to use with plenty of love... let's hope so.
