This comprehensive classroom kit contains several tools that you as a teacher, counselor or parent can use in order to assist children in their language and emotion development. Each set includes four paddles with attached mirrors for reflecting facial expressions, four pop-out facial features sheets and five different expressions for identification purposes. Use these items alongside the teacher’s activity guide to aid students throughout the lesson.
This set is a fantastic way to aid students in emotional and cognitive development, as well as assisting those with developmental issues in understanding how to express or share their own feelings and emotions. It makes a fantastic tool for any child – including those with autism, ADHD or other special needs requirements. Simply attach the pop out facial features to the reverse side of the mirror to express unique emotions in a way that will build social skills and self-esteem, in a way that is approachable and fun for children.

I bought this for my classroom with one student in mind. The child has issues with showing emotion. I used these with the entire class and they all loved making faces then reproducing the faces on the mirror. A wonderful and fun way to teach emotion!
