Great product just poorly put together. Whoever installed the base to the tower striped out the screws causing it to be very unsteady. Took a little TLC to glue and re screw to make it right

The Singing Tree Marble run is so cool. The wooden marbles make different pitch sounds as they travel down the tree. It can be used by one child or by an entire group. I wish it were a bit sturdier as the children like to pull on the tree leaves & I worry it will come apart.

Absolute Delight
This sounded like an interesting toy; read the reviews and went ahead with the purchase. Very happy that I did. Yes, it did need a little bit of glue as some reviews mentioned, but has held up well since then. This is used in a child development center so it sees a lot of use. Parents and children alike enjoy it and I have been asked many times where I purchased it. Well worth the cost.

OUT OF THE BOX, THE YELLOW TOP BALL PIECE WAS LOOSE. I SUPERGLUED THAT BACK ON - ONE DOT OF GLUE BY THE MANUFACTURER IS NOT GOING TO HOLD ANYTHING TOGETHER FOR LONG. ALSO ONE OF THE COLOURED LEAVES CAME UNSTUCK - RECTIFIED THIS ALSO. COLOURFUL WOODEN TOY THAT MAKES MANY SOUNDS. GREAT TO EXPERIMENT WITH DIFFERENT BALLS MADE FROM DIFFERENT MATERIALS OR DIFFERENT SIZED BALLS, MARBLES OR DAGEDAR BALLS TOO. ALSO FUN TO SEE HOW FAST YOU CAN GET THE BALLS DOWN OR HOW SLOWLY TOO. OVERALL A GREAT ENGAGING TOY FOR YOUND AND OLD OF THE FAMILY. ONLY THING WOULD BE WISH THE MANUFACTURER WOULD USE A LITTLE MORE GLUE TO KEEP PIECES OF TREE TOGETHER - NOT MUCH TO ASK GIVEN THE NUMBER OF COMMENTS ABOUT LOOSE PIECES.

We purchased this as a gift but have not given it to them yet.....we're having too much fun with it ourselves. Some of the flat pieces needed a little extra gluing, but it's no problem and an easy fix. Make sure they're flush with the center wood or the marble may stop. If you want to delight someone, buy the Singing Tree Marble Run!
great idea but poorly constructed
Both of my kids love marble tracks so I expected this colorful singing tree to be a big hit even if it wasn't something they played with every day. However, due to shotty construction, the marble tree is in the workshop more often than the playroom. The problem is simple--many of the slots where the leaves fit in are not angled properly so the leaves are not secure and fall out constantly. It's attractive and fun when it works, but I would not buy this product again.

Though the glue attaching the wooden leaves to the core was spotty, it was easily fixed. What a delightful invention. Papa is having so much fun with it that we might have to get another one for the intended recipient....

We first saw a singing marble tree at a science museum and my son loved it, so I bought one, but when it arrived 3 of the leaves had falled out and we had to repair it. Not so much fun to open a broken Christmas present.

the singing tree was bought as a christmas present; so, the children have not yet received it. i've had a lot of fun with it, though! the wonderful tinkling sounds produced by the different sized balls are delightful. great colors, cool sounds and the timeless fun of a marble run combine to make this piece a joy. i know the kids will love it!
