I bought this product when my son was 4 and in Pre-K. They had them in Pre-K and he loved them. This is a favorite among my school age day care children, second only to Legos.
my son loves these
My son, a first grader, played with these a lot in the after school program. We had to search them out to buy them for his birthday! He likes to build ramps with them to roll cars down.

My grandson used this item at daycare and discovered how to 'build' the popular toy 'Transformers'. Now the rest of the class has joined him in that pursuit. I purchased a set for him to explore futher while at home. He loves them, and is able to use his active imagination to the fullest!
