These are great - my kids are struggling with all of the online schooling during the pandemic, so these have been really handy. They're more fun and spontaneous than just doing the same few things over and over. You can make it as quick or drawn out as you need to - great for a quick 30 second breather or chose several for longer breaks. The blank sticks have been wonderful for getting my kids more invested in using these as well since they like to create some really crazy wiggle ideas!
