I used this product when I taught elementary and middle school. It was great except for the price, though I wouldn't mind that so much if the kids couldn't easily write on the non-glossy side. I know I could turn it around and use the black side but kids would still get the white side dirty either on purpose or by accident since it's just paper. I wish both sides were glossy so kids couldn't write on it with pen or pencil easily. I would also love an option that's black on both sides (and glossy on both).

This is my 2nd set of privacy shields from RGS. The first set lasted for many years, but it was time to replace. I love being able to get a set that is all the same color. No fighting over who gets what color. These are very sturdy, but will wear down after many uses. I was able to tape the sides to make them last for another year or so after they tore.

I bought these for my second graders and I love them! The black glossy finish is gorgeous! No more arguments about which color each child wants ?? The white inside marks easily, but that is the only drawback.

I recently bought these for my classroom. I bought them on sale just about a month ago. I do not like them. Although the size is perfect for my little round tables for my first graders, the high gloss is the downfall of this product. One size is glossy and the other side is simple cardboard. Because the outside is so glossy, the sides do not stay out as in the picture. The sides consistently turn into the students work and they are constantly trying to fix them during class. All of the boards do this. If I could do a redo, I would go old school and look for all cardboard shields. Too late to return them. br>
