Writing Center MUST have!!
This chart is durable, clear, and helps with classroom management! As an ELA teacher for over 25 years, I have finally found a chart that works for me and my students. I have three classes, so each class is color-coded by the clothes pins. I can put all three classes on the chart to show where each student is working on their writing projects. I also have put "extra" plain color (natural wood) pins for those who have two projects in different places at any given time. The pockets are sturdy and can be "changed/personalized" if necessary. For now, I am really enjoying the clear message my students get when they see their progress on this chart.
Love it!
I love how it showcases the steps and helps keep track of the progress. The only downfall is that the print is hard to read from farther in the room.
- Pros
- Attractive
- Fun
- Cons
- Too Small
- Best for
- Classroom
Great for tracking progress
It's a great visual for seeing which students are at each stage. Unfortunately the writing is almost impossible to read behind the plastic covering because the plastic has so many wrinkles.
- Pros
- Durable
- Easy To Use
- Good Organization
- Cons
- Limited Uses
- Best for
- Classroom
- Teacher Use
