I use the folders as my take home folders because they are lighter than a binder. I am able to easily keep myself organized. The quality is okay. The folders could be a bit more sturdy and smooth.

I teach at an elementary school that is departmentalized. I use these organizers to keep track of all the classes I teach. I also use them when creating tool kits for the units I'm teaching reading and writing. They help me keep posters, mini anchor charts, etc at hand year after year. My colleagues love them as well. These organizers were a huge help when I was on maternity leave! I was able to organize worksheets and activities for my sub by subject/grade level. They were wonderful for classroom organization and would also be great for use at home! They were easy to label using file folder labels too!
