These shovels last! They are strong!
Our preschool bought these because others were just breaking all the time! This is the second set I've bought. The first set has lasted over a year! Multiple little hands and outside in the sun all the time and not a broken one! These are made really well!

I bought these for my school and they are already broken. They lasted only about 4 months. I would recommend that you spend the extra money and buy the indestructible shovels.
