Our mud kitchen arrived with a design error where a crack in the wood was created when we screwed the sink faucet on to the rest of the kitchen. We haven't been able to use it

Unfortunately, we couldn't get it to work properly. We weren't able to get the water to draw up into the faucet. We attempted to call and get it fixed but were not able to follow up on that
