Bought this for my 22 month old granddaughter when she comes to Nonnie and Poppop's house. She has similar instruments at pre-school and she enjoys having a "parade".

i am using it for our dance recital. The cymbals and wood frame are good and sturdy, but the supposed cowhide head is thin and looks ready to tear. Good, useful, practical, and fun, but be gentle with it.

On the tamborine, after a week of use, the ribbon and the drum part of the tamborine is falling off.

I liked the tambourines I ordered because they were going to be neutral looking (wood colored) allowing me to feel comfortable using them with both adults and children. Unfortunately when I received my order all my tambourines were red with blue ribbon at the top and I had to open them and use them because I needed them right away. this was disappointing because I feel like I ordered one thing and got another. Other than that, they seem to be of good quality and sound nice.

I ordered a dozen "quality" natural wood tambourines with 5 sets of jingles and received a low quality blue (not natural-colored) tambourine with only 4 sets of jingles. Advertising picture is false advertising. I feel ripped off and expected better from this company

Bought this for my son when he was 10 months old as part of a large assortment of musical instruments h can use for years. Have to watch when children play with it because it's recommended for age 3+. We've had it for over a year now and it's still in great shape.
