OK for decoration or non mobile infants
I bought this mat because others with fish/turtle/ABCs would wear with cleaning and use but this one was plain. However, with this mat the corners curled and now it is face down and with a shelf on one side so that it is not a tripping hazard.

The best thing about this mat is that there are no seams to harbor spit up! Mats with apliques get filthy in a matter of weeks because the spit up gets in the stitching and can not be cleaned.
Durable!
I use this mat outside in the outdoor reading corner. It hold up well to the texas heat and weather changes, and cleans up quickly! I have had it for 2 years and it's still looking good.
Great Value & Easy to Keep Sanitized
This product is a great value and with it being just one full sheet of vinyl covering -- rather than it being pieced together with stitching -- like other mats -- it is easy to sanitize and things like crumbs and other unwanted infant "goo" doesn't get stuck in the creases (sp?) of the mat:) Nice and calming for the infants and toddlers in their little "quiet nook" area of the classroom!
