Cards were boring for the younger children. When you roll the dice the cards come out of the slots, so we had to constantly keep pushing them back in

Great for small groups indoor or out
I love using these dice! It is a great way to keep a small group of children engaged in an activity - indoors or outside. The best part is that you can use the blank cards to add more challenging activities and adjust the repetitions. I first purchased the set for use in a childcare facility. Now, I have purchased them for family. While the price is a bit more than I would like, being able to interchange activities for different ages/abilities makes it well worth the initial investment. Definitely will get used for years.
Great Teaching Tool
I use these dice for parachute play (right, left, up high, down low) and for movement for different verses of songs ("fly...hop...jump... ol' squirrel"). I even placed pictures of animals inside the pockets for Old MacDonald-style songs. Love the blank card options. These dice are very rugged for tossing across the lawn or floor and are child-tested. Very versatile teaching tool!
