Roller Boards can be used in a small apartment or a large gym. YOu can just let the kids roll around on them and develop flexibility and problem solving skills as they learn to navigate the boards or play organized games such as tag and relays. Older folks may be too stiff to scrunch up and sit on a board, but they could hold onto the legs of child in a wheelbarrow type relay or lay on their tummy on a board to play actively with a child. Once the children move away, you can always use it as a plant stand to move about heavy plants.

I acutually use this product with my clients that I personal train. But since I have four kids too, it doesn't hurt to have around so they can play too. I used these in PE growing up and I use them to really feel the burn in the quads! Great product.
