I know kids love them for play, but my husband wanted them to put under some very large flower pots that we grow spinach and leaf lettuce in. We need mobility so we can move them into garage when frost threatens or heavy rains are forecast.

I actually bought this to help us fill/empty our movable sink tanks, and it works really well! It is the perfect height to simply slide the tanks on and off (in and out) of the sink cabinet!

I purchased these for my classroom in the past but this time I purchased for a grandchild. He is 2 and will grow into using this in more ways as he develops confidence. Now he sits on it and scoots gently, pushes objects on it, likes me to spin him around, lays on his belly and gator crawls on it. I would have given this a 5 star rating if I had been able to choose a color instead of getting red when his favorite color is green. I only bought one so I could make sure the quality was what I wanted before I purchased more. Now that I know it is, I will buy two more so all grandchildren can play, but sadly I will still only be able to get red. It would have been nice to have different colors.
I will buy this product again.

My sister used the Roller Board as part of her natural environment verbal behavior therapy for her autistic 10 year old son. She came up with silly little games to prompt him to practice his communication skills. Her son sat on the Roller Board and she pushed him across the room. He stood on the Roller Board and she held his hands and swung him around in circles. They layed on their stomaches and pretended they were Super Man flying across the room.At night, my nephew takes his Roller Board up to his bedroom, where he scoots around on it until he is sleepy. These are great for kids with a lot of energy and a love of movement. I have used these boards for crab races and to play beach ball soccer. They are great for a laugh.
