We ordered the Excellerations 5" balls for our Toddlers. One of the balls split open the first day. I notified Discount and they shipped another set to us, but when those were inflated one of them would not hold any air.

This is a great set of bouncy balls. We used them for everything from basketball to soccer to just playing pass the ball. They are smaller than the average size bouncy balls but perfect for toddler hands. They come deflated so you will need a needle attachment pump to pump them up but they are small so the pumping is minimal.

They also provided entertainment for the kids. Only 1 popped and it was probably too full. They were easy to inflate and we only had 3 extras.
