We really enjoy our climbing mat as the kids call it. I did message customer service because the one velcro pieces do not line up correctly to stick together. We loved that it had the velcro so it did not slide around but with that one piece not having the right connection it is coming undone everywhere else. Hoping we are just missing something easy and can get it fixed quick!
