Possibly. If the straps will adjust appropriately
The first buggy we ordered the straps seemed to adjust fairly well for several ages. (15months -3years) The second buggy we ordered the straps seem to fit smaller and the 3 year olds and some of the 2's can not fit it them with the strap going over the chest.

Can go on long walks with it. Turns very easy in and out of doorways. Room for coolers kids or coats. managed to use a car seat instead of paying the insane price of [$] for one. A bit top heavy if no kids are in the front can be dangerous depending on the weight.

I'm an in-home daycare provider and the kids LOVE this and so do I. I take them for about a 3 mile walk every day my kids age in range from 9 months-11 years and yes even the 11 year old has squished himself on it and I can still push it quite easily. I have pushed it over grass, gravel and woodchips...the woodchips were challenging but duable the grass was easy and streets as a breeze. It pushes great, steers wonderful, fits in the garage no problem but transporting it I need to have it put in the back of a pickup truck for field trips but its the best item I own for my daycare. The canopy's don't shade very well but I do think its better than not having them at all. I also wish that the seat's had an option to recline just a tad so when they fall asleep their heads aren't on their chest but overall this is a great product.

The only problem we have had with the bye-bye buggy is the seat belts breaking. We have ordered the replacements and they are very hard to change out. My only suggestion would be to figure out an easier way for the customer to change the seatbelts when needed. Other than that this is a great product. Thanks.
