80% happy, 20% frustrated
The changing mat has micro grooves that when you wipe it, everything smears within the grooves. You cannot clean it properly at all. Paper towels break apart from the grooves. , The stairs, when locked in place for children to walk up, are extremely unsafe and wobbly. The stairs, when pushed under the table for storage, will NOT lock and children can pull it out pinching their fingers. I was told that they will not replace the changing mat with one that is user friendly. That will be the only mat given with the item. However, you cannot use this mat!! Disappointed.

oh my goodness....this is my favorite.....easy to use....sturdy... the only thing I would ask manufacturer to change is the plastic cubbies are to small...they are not the same length as the cubbies they fit in.....
