I would buy

Because of the weight of the tower when full of books, it would be a benefit if it had bigger wheels to help with pushing and wheeling the tower around.

We bought this for our library but it was just too big -- it over-powered our other kid size furniture and it is heavy and hard to turn. I had envisioned that the tower would turn in place like a lazy susan but you have to turn the whole thing. Tall, thin books flop over the rail.
