I purchased this for a 1st birthday gift. The mirror is colorful and engaging - and was a hit. That said, it falls over far too easily. I now see it would be better suited for an infant who isn't yet sitting up or just starting to sit up. Once the babe reaches out to touch his/her reflection, or play with the crunchy attachments, it is easily knocked over. It isn't heavy and doesn't cause harm, just a giant disappointment to the one trying to watch himself.
