Great product, poor shipping/customer service

This product took several weeks to be delivered and there was no way to track it on the website. When it was delivered, the hanging apparatus was missing. It look several more weeks to get that resolved-with multiple emails- and have that part delivered. Also, I ordered another product the same day and that took about a month to get delivered. The tracking number that came with the shipping notification email was wrong, so I couldn't track the delivery. Discount School Supplies has very good products. However, their shipping and delivery department (including email notifications) is not on par most other online stores and has a lot of room for improvement.
