Great mirror just need to watch to make sure that the screw stay tight. Have accidentally had a child hit their chin on it when it tilted unexpectedly. Cleans well with pledge, not so well with windex
On reflection.....

This is great for children to use in playtime. However it easily tips when children accidentally run into it. We will need to mount it on the wall which makes using it less flexible. I would recommend it but only depening upon how the person wanted to use it.

I was researching shatterproof tilt mirrors for a while for my 2 year old daughter, most were in the $120-$150 price range. I got this one for $80 including shipping and tax. When I assembled it, I did think of the phrase "you get what you pay for". Quality of image isn't great but is fine if you stand within a couple of feet of the mirror (which is what 2 year olds seem to do). However, the wood looks fine and so does the product in general and it's sturdy enough. I wish I could have physically seen what you can get for $130 to assess the quality differences and determine whether it was worth paying more. I said yes, I would recommend to a friend, but I would also highlight the quality downsides.

Thank you for this feedback. After receiving much feedback from our customers, Discount School Supply has made significant improvements to this mirror. The improved design features a mirror surface with no distortion, thicker wood around the frame, a sturdier base and additional bracing behind the mirror for added stability. We've also improved the packaging of this mirror to ensure that it arrives to you safely. These new units are in stock and shipping now.
