I have been ordering these posters for several years. This year, they changed the material of the paper to a glossy finish. This makes it really hard for a first grader (or any young student) to color it without making smear marks on the paper or their hands. It is not a material that works nicely with crayons, so that isn't a great second option. Wish they would go back to last year's material. Love the size of the poster and content of each category, however!

These posters are a must for student of the week! I have students decorate them at the beginning of the year and then when it is their week they are all ready to hang up! My students have loved coloring these and sharing these with their classmates.
