I like the looks of these pencils, but they will not sharpen in the electric or manual pencil sharpener. They show a sharp point, but it snaps off or falls out right away. Frustrating and not the quality I am used to from this company.

I love these pencils. They sharpen right away and keep their point. Many pencils today keep breaking off and you end of with half a pencil in a short period of time.

These go in my welcome pencil boxes year after year. It isn't easy to find pencils that are specific to fifth grade so these have become my go-to year after year! They sharpen well, so if your nervous that they will not sharpen well or are cheap, don't be. These are high quality and very cute!

Many of them asked me to inform their siblings that the pencil have Kindergarten on it which means that they are the only ones that could use it!As far as using them in the class, I think that its a great way to be possessive when other teachers/students ask to borrow pencils. They will always know where to return it!
