great by all means
Great durable game suitable for all preschool children learning to spell and read. Easy to use for bilingual children learning to speak and read at the same time. Easy to teach students the concept of beginning, middle and ending sounds in a word.Fun and goes with ease. My kids love to learn to spel...l with this game. 2 Tips to the company: To be really cost effective for the classroom it wouldn't hurt to include a few extra letters in case some get lost, as it happens a lot in the preschool classroom.Storage problems: if you don't put all letters back into a template, the box would not close. We turn this process into a game- sort them by color.

What's the Point?
The product looks for 3 different things for 3 words on one card - a beginning sound, an ending sound, then a vowel combination. These are different skills - and the vowel combination o with y for boy, for example, is too advanced for the beginning and ending sounds.
