Quality Paper for Quality Projects!
This paper is our go-to for all art projects. The quality is excellent and provides a great surface for all art mediums. It is more expensive than newsprint but well worth the extra cost.

It's thinner than printer paper...
Purchased this to go with the paints and brushes for children's art. Not sure why I thought it would be thicker, but it's thinner than printer paper. If you want something thicker, don't get the 50lb pack.

I've used a variety of white drawing papers with my students, but once I found this product, which I purchase in the 80 lb. weight, I don't use anything else. Because much of the art projects I do with my students is with paints this paper holds up nicely. It's perfect with oil pastels, chalk, crayon, crayon resists and charcoal pencils. It's a must to have in the classroom.

This is a great product; the kids can go through many pieces of paper in a day if given the opportunity so it's good to have a bulk product and we can always use more white paper. The paper quality is decent, too, for coloring and finger and tempera painting (although probably not water paints).

Good value paper, ideal for art classes

This is good value paper and can be used for painting, markers, crayons, and pastels. I use it in art classes for children K-5 and it is used to create lots of nice artwork. It is a good reliable work-horse for classes where the children are encourages to use as much paper as they want. Buy thicker paper for watercolour techniques like washes, but this is good for general children's painting.
