Bundle Overview

Everything you need to create these Lucky Leprechaun Hats! Follow the steps below and let the fun begin. Adjust item quantities to suit your crafting needs. Step 1. Paint your hat green and let dry. Step 2. Using black felt, cut strips at desired width and then glue around base of the hat. Step 3. Option 1- Glue square gold rhinestones to the front of the hat in the shape of a buckle. (Square) Option 2- Using yellow construction paper, cut a square shape to resemble a buckle. Cover one side of the paper buckle with glue and then pour gold glitter onto the wet glue. Glue to hat. Step 4. Stick or glue feathers under felt on the side of the hat for extra decoration.
