This is easy to use and holds up well to painting. When you get toward the end of the roll it does tend to curl on the easel but all it takes is a little tape to fix that. It's a little expensive to use all of the time.

They are brittle and tear easily, even when just used for drawing. Who wants that? So,I was looking for a paper that could take more of a beating... My daughter is two and can be pretty rough with a paintbrush. If you paint continuously in one area on this roll paper, it will rip, but I'd say it is pretty strong. It is also strong as it's being pulled up and clipped to our easel... very little, if any tearing there. I only wish it were 100% recycled, but I'd definitely recommend ths product.

This product worked well for pattern making for a large mural. I taped rows together for added width, but once they were together, the large paper was still light enough to hang securely on stucco wall with tape. It would be great to have this same weight paper in larger widths.
