The 3 star rating is based on the terrible packaging, the product is wonderful,the packaging is the worst. I am used to the ones with the fliptop lids which are much easier to use. Love these watercolors! I used them to color cooked spaghetti as a sensory activity for my toddlers and it turned out great. Colors are rich and vibrant; and surprisingly the color did not come off on our hands. I also used them to color dried white northern beans (also a sensory activity), and they turned out with great saturated colors and again no color came off on our hands or clothes.
