It says no clumps but mine was really clumpy and hard to work with. the kids love them though so I guess it is ok by me. It is a bit harder than the ready to use stuff.

I used one colored power to color cotton balls for an Easter Chick craft for a 19 month old and her friends. I used too much powder, so it does go a long way, even if you're not adding water for paint! Fun product!

I buy this instead of finger paint from the craft store for my paint loving child. Not washable, but I have so far not had any stain problems. (we always have paint shirts on.) We got the spill proof cups to go with it. Hours of fun. My only complaint is that it is hard to get the lumps out sometimes when mixing.

I bought this to add to homemade puffy paints that I sell. Many recipes use food coloring, but I like using colors that stain less than food coloring does. Although these powdered tempera paints aren't labeled as washable, they do wash off better than food coloring, and a little goes a long way.

I used these to paint paper backdrops for my dance recitals (8'tall by 20'wide). We painted a castle, forest, and cottage scenes across. The paints worked great, and they were the best price I found.
