It keeps your table nice and clean and when the trays are dirty they clean up very well (full disclosure - I only use washable paints and glues). I used one time outside with my kids and after about 1/2 hour the product warped. Do not put in the dishwasher or let soak in a sink of water. Great size for little hands just needs to be made of a stronger material similar to trays.

Mini Art Trays as Puzzle Organizers

The Mini Art Trays are about 1/4th or 1/5th the size of the old cafeteria food trays we used in the 60's. We purchased the Mini Art Trays to replace plastic Puzzle Sort Trays available from most puzzle sites. Our current sort trays are so thin they were cracking after a short time of use.- and the cutely shaped sort trays are heavy plastic but not practical for sorting a large puzzle. Since they arrived, they have been used for a 1,500 piece puzzle and two 2,000 piece puzzles... providing great assistance - easy sorting. Will probably purchase a couple more sets for Christmas presents for family puzzlers.
