I have called 3 to 4 time and have spoken each time with a different sales person and each time I am told I am going to be credited for the amount I was over charged with in 24hours and still till this day nothing. now I am being told the money was credited but can't be told to where? where did the money go?

We purchased this product for a rewards program for college students. As students attend events and activities, we use the stamp markers to stamp their rewards card. Then they can "redeem" their card for prizes. The stamp markers work great and are easy and quick to use, especially when there is a line of students!
