Pros: -Adhesive is strong. -Backings are easy to remove but also don't come off on their own. -All of my larger office supplies have personality. Con: Co-workers aren't as entertained by googly eyed staplers as I am; students often are though. :)

I did not think I needed the smallest size but now I do! I am pleased with my purchase. So many times you have to glue these eyes and it doesn't work well without the self-adhesive.
