Purchased them for a school project. Was surprised by how many were defective. Out of a box of 500 about 10% were broken, warped, or damaged in some way. I was very thankful that I bought extra. I needed 2800 sticks and had to throw away many of them because of poor quality.

This is a great value, however, I was dissappointed that the sticks weren't more sturdy. The thickness of the sticks vary which means they are not completely uniform in their dimensions.
