We used these as a craft for one of our Cub Scout meetings, and it was a huge hit! All that was needed was included, I would reccomend craft glue to add the embellishments though. The boys had a blast customizing their drums!

I used this as part of a lesson presentation in one of my early childhood classes. It was functional for the purpose, and it was an easy project to go along with a more complex musical concept. I was pleased with the quality for the activity I used it for, but the leftover drums that my kids created and played with when I got home did not last long.

Adorable but the sticky stuff on the drum cover doesn't work so they need to be hot glued instead or just tied down very securely with the ribbon.

This was a great project. Everything was there in the kit. No need to purchase anything else. The only thing the kids had a hard time with was peeling the double sided tape strips. Even the older children. The teachers had to do most of that. If they would have ad a slit in one side of the paper you peel off to make it easier it would have been the percent craft.
