This is my second time ordering these for my preschool class. I usually use them for them to create 3D sculptures and designs. They grew easily and stack on each other easily and are great at teaching fine motor skills and spatial awareness when working with them. I also periodically put them out with the collage items to see what children will do with them. I highly recommend them.

My students love using these. I've used them to decorate magnet frames in class and it comes out looking high quality and so neatly done (by 4 year olds). It's now a staple in my arts and crafts supplies.

These small wooden pieces are precolored so it makes them very easy to use to create a mosaic or to use to decorate another object. They are large enough that kindergarten and primary children can grasp them, but small enough that it forces them to use the same muscles they would use when using a pencil, thereby developing those important fine motor skills. We are using them to decorate the wooden pictute frames that we ordered and have painted for holiday gifts.
Don't judge a product by it's price....
