For the price these are a great deal. In the metallic beads bag there was no "junk." (The little bits of plastic from manufacturing that end up in the bags.) The beads were smooth and the colors good. The glitter, flourescent, and translucent pony beads were also "junk" free and fairly smooth. There were only three colors in the glitter bag (lime, clear, and yellow) so we could have used a little more variety there. The bag of plain pony beads had very little "junk" (eight pieces total in the whole bag) and the beads were not as smooth as some of the others, but they were all useable. Overall a great value for the money. I would say to be prepared for the color assortment to be limited to what the factory is bagging at the time. If you REALLY need a specific color of beads in your assortment, order one bag of that color to intermix and you'll still save a lot of money.
