The item is made well, but the mouth opening is way too small to allow room to insert a hand to retrieve the felt shapes back out. Perhaps if it wasn't as tight, and more like a pouch. But it's too flat and too snug.

I love this product and I might even order another one. We have had it a few weeks now and it has held up well under constant use from two and three year olds. I dislike the long sentence strips because if you wish to add a different animal name to the end you can't because "spider" is already there. I solved this problem by adding a piece of velcro above the word.
