My students LOVE this rope, but the only thing I was unsatisfied about is the very first time it was used, it frayed. Other than that, it is perfect for jumping rope and playing limbo!

We use it for kids to haul themselves forward in prone on the net swing. Also for tug-of-war. It is the perfect heft for a 3--5 year-old's hand to grasp.
Love this rope!

I bought this for my class equipment box, but have been using it with my 1st grade daughter over the summer. She had been having a hard time learning to jumprope. Turning and jumping at the same time was just too much for her. I had an old long rope from last year (which was really just two short ropes tied together because I don't have a local store that sells longer ropes). It was so light weight and flimsy that she still had so much trouble, even with me turning for her. This new rope is nice and heavy. It was amazing how fast my daughter progressed in her jump roping ability with this rope.

I ordered three jump ropes for Vacation Bible School. I was surprised at how heavy they are. They have a good weight for smooth turning, yet they are not too heavy for younger children.
