Too blunt
These work well if used with adult strength and dexterity, but scratch art is for kids. Our five-year old daughter had some difficulty with them. They would be more effectively used by children if they had a finer point.

Love the sticks but a little too fat to write with for all projects. Would have been great if they had a variety bag with different thicknesses. Unfortunately when you write with these on the scratch pads they scratch away too much of the boards because they're too fat.
